Physiotherapy & Sports Physiotherapy Services

At our clinic, Tom—a highly skilled and imaginative Physical Therapist—delivers effective, integrated treatments that blend manual, exercise therapies and vital lifestyle advice. He expertly addresses a wide range of conditions: from acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and various pains affecting the spine, neck, and back, to conditions of the peripheral joints such as hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands. Tom’s approach targets muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones, addressing pain resulting from weakness, stiffness, imbalances, fatigue, tension, and functional disorders.

Tom’s extensive experience spans working with children, adults, and the elderly across NHS outpatient services, private practices, and sports teams. Operating from his clinic and offering home visits in Boitsfort, he provides focused rehabilitation for pre- and post-orthopedic surgery, including but not limited to ACL reconstruction, Achilles and patella tendon repairs, and joint repairs, including partial and total joint replacements for both upper and lower limbs.

A unique aspect of Tom’s methodology is the incorporation of video analysis into functional assessments. This tool proves invaluable for analyzing and providing feedback on walking and running techniques, helping to identify and correct biomechanical issues, a service runners particularly appreciate.

Tom is also advancing his expertise by pursuing a postgraduate qualification in musculoskeletal ultrasound, further enhancing his diagnostic capabilities. This innovative technique is integrated into his practice, offering a cutting-edge approach to diagnosing and treating conditions.
